How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most then arrive within 5–14 days, and some can take up to 3 weeks because our drones ship from an international warehouse. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do I need to register my drone with the FAA?
In the US, recreational flyers don't need to register drones that weigh under 250 g. Heavier drones must be registered at FAADroneZone and broadcast Remote ID. Recreational pilots also need to pass the free TRUST test. Rules change, so check faa.gov before you fly.
What's your return policy?
Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Drones that have been flown can be returned for warranty issues only. To start a return, email sales@baseplate.info with your order number.
